General Shipping Details
All of our products are 100% authentic and fresh; therefore we ship directly from the home of K-Beauty, South Korea!
Shipping costs are calculated from South Korea to the destination country.
We do everything in our power to ship your goodies to you within 24-72 hours from the time of receipt.
If we encounter delays for any reason, we will reach out to you directly within 72 hours. Please note that during Korean holidays and peak seasons, we may experience some delays as a result of large volumes of orders. We will inform you well ahead of time should we expect any delays!
Koryo Beauty believes in transparency. As such, shipping cost is not included in our prices. Shipping costs are dependent on weight and destination country. Please see details below

Note
- Business Days are M-F, excluding Korean National Holidays; we have often found this number to be much closer to 8 business days.
- If the gross weight (including packaging) of our order is greater than 2kg, we would not be able to process your goods in a single order; please split your goods into multiple orders in this case!
- While we do not generally offer EMS Express shipping because we've found it prohibitively expensive for our customers, we can work with you to find a solution should you need expedited service. Just contact us!
Any orders over $75 will ship FOR FREE.
We also have frequent promotions with free shipping so please check back regularly.
When orders are shipped, we will email you your tracking numbers as well as instructions on how to track.

Customs and VAT
Due to the global nature of our business, customers have run into issues with regard to customs and duties. We generally mark all packages as "Gifts" with values ~$20, but this cannot guarantee that your goods will not be stopped at the border. In these instances, given that the issue is normally out of our control, the buyer will be responsible for any taxes and duties required to be paid. In the event that this happens, please contact us and we will always try our best to make it right.

If an order does not reach you within 45 days of shipping, please reach out to us directly.
